Notice on Individual e-Invoice Request

Dear Valued Customer,

Please be informed that individual e-Invoice requests are temporarily unavailable as AirBorneo is currently undergoing a transition period involving system restructuring and e-Invoice integration in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN).

During this period, only consolidated e-Invoices will be issued.

This arrangement is effective until 31 March 2026.

For your reference, the official approval letter from Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) is attached.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
