To ensure a smooth booking and check-in process, please follow the guidelines below when entering passenger names:

1. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your travel documents, that is Identity Card (IC) or Passport.
2. Only alphabetical characters (A–Z, a–z) are permitted.
3. Last/Family/Surname: Maximum 40 characters.
4. First and Middle Name(s): Maximum 25 characters.
5. The combined length of the title, first name, middle name, last name and spaces must not exceed 58 characters.
6. For bookings that include an infant, the combined length of the accompanying adult's title, first name, middle name, last name, together with the infant's name and date of birth, must not exceed 58 characters.
7. A minimum of 2 characters is required in both the First Name and Last Name fields.

For Malaysian passports where the holder’s name is printed as a single name without separate surname/family name and given name fields, and the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) contains only one separator (chevron "<"), please enter the name according to the following industry-standard convention:

For foreign passports where the holder’s name is shown in separate Surname/Last Name and Given/First Name fields, the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) will typically display a double separator (chevron) "<<" between the surname and given name(s).
